Introducing Natasha : The Heart Behind the Scent

Before we dive into our conversation, we are so excited to introduce the woman making our homes feel a little more like a sanctuary.

Natasha McKibbin launched Timeless Aromas in early 2020 with a very specific mission: to create luxury home fragrances that don't compromise on wellness. As someone who understands the struggle of finding scents that are both sophisticated and headache-friendly, Natasha has mastered the art of "migraine-considered" fragrance.

Every jar of Timeless Aromas is a reflection of Natasha’s commitment to sustainability, using 100% natural soy wax and eco-friendly ingredients but more importantly, it's a reflection of her heart. She views scent as a bridge to our favorite memories and a tool for daily mindfulness.

We caught up with Natasha to discuss her evolution into the wholesale market, the logistics of scaling through Faire, and how she balances the 'mompreneur' life while maintaining the artisanal quality of a growing luxury brand.

1. What inspired you to start your brand, and how did wholesale become part of your journey?

I started Timeless Aromas after I had an accident at work that forced me to slow down and rethink things. During recovery, I found comfort in simple rituals like lighting candles and creating a calm space at home. That experience inspired me to build a brand centred around scent, wellbeing, and everyday self care. As the brand grew, wholesale naturally became the next step to help bring Timeless Aromas to more people.



2. At what point did you realize you wanted to grow the wholesale side of your business?

My first wholesale order actually came quite early on when I supplied 1,000 bath salts for the Feel Good Book Club working with the Samaritans charity. I really enjoyed the process and seeing the products produced at that scale. It made me realise I wanted to expand the reach of the brand, and wholesale felt like the natural way to do that.



3. What do you think makes your product range stand out to retailers?

I’ve always believed luxury doesn’t have to be expensive. With Timeless Aromas, I wanted to create products that feel affordable while still delivering a luxury experience. Each scent is designed to bring a sense of calm, comfort, or a little everyday luxury, and the clean, elevated aesthetic makes the range easy for retailers to merchandise in gift and lifestyle stores.



4. How has your experience been selling on Faire so far?

My experience with Faire has been really positive. The platform is easy to manage, which makes running the wholesale side of the business much smoother. The customer support is also great and makes the whole process feel simple and supportive.


5. Is there anything specific that has worked really well for you on Faire (listings, promotions, outreach, etc.)?

Clear product photography and strong scent descriptions have made a big difference. Retailers want to quickly understand the feel and story behind a product, so making that clear in your listings really helps. Keeping listings updated has also helped keep the range visible and fresh.



6. What do you think retailers appreciate most about working with your brand?

The products are giftable, easy to merchandise, and align with the growing focus on home wellbeing and self care. I also like to keep things personal, so retailers know there’s a real person behind the brand and that support is always there if they need it.



7. How do you stay connected with your stockists and encourage repeat orders?

I like to keep things friendly and personal with my stockists. I check in from time to time, share updates about new scents or collections, and keep them in the loop with what’s coming next.



8. What advice would you give to brands who are just starting out with wholesale or thinking about joining Faire?

Focus on strong branding, clear product photography, and telling the story behind your products. Retailers connect with brands that feel authentic. Most importantly, stay true to your brand. It’s easy to compare yourself to others, but focusing on what makes your brand unique is what really helps you grow.
